To Return Your Order
The return process is simple and hassle free. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 30 days from receipt of the item.
Returns must be in original condition. Your returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Please note, during the Holiday Season this time-frame will not apply. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 - 10 business days to reflect on your account or original means of payment. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
If the returned item is not an error in our part, a 15% Restock Fee or $4.99 Restock Fee, whichever is greater will be applied to your refund solely to recover outbound shipping charges.

For your convenience a return label will be provided to you. If you choose to use this label, a fee will be deducted to your refund to cover return shipping costs. Please see below for Return Label Shipping Costs for more details.
Please note, if there is an issue with the item you received. Please Contact Us and we will gladly assist you with the issue. If the item you received is incorrect, or is defective within 30 days, we will accept full responsibility for all shipping cost related to the shipment of the item, its return, and the reshipment of the correct item, so please feel confident that you will get what you paid for.
Return Label Shipping Costs
You may choose to use your own shipping method, please send your package, prepaid, via the carrier of your choice. Whichever carrier you choose, we suggest you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. The label provided is solely for your convenience, and in most cases will be the cheapest option for you.
You'll be charged a single flat fee for each return shipment.
